Well I'll be danged. Has it been working all morning? It has been working so well I didn't even think that it would need to be rebooted. Thanks to all and you can remove this thread if you want. Sorry to be so dumb! And could you tell me how to rescan. I just need to know which menu item clears out what is in there now without removing the khub and box software.

turned off the Unit from the back and take the hub off and put it back in and turned it back on and everything will work again

OOPS. I had it on 120 and it came up. Switched to 401, nothing; 202, nothing; 205, nothing; lots of channels are down at the present time.

In Your menu you can do a factory default or Delete all channels
then rescan

Most just do a Factory Default rescan all sats set A/R Off - turn on Network - reset Time ...-

you wont lose your khub and box software by just doing a Factory Default or some call it Factory Set

Ps- NOT A FACTORY FILE were talking about menu setting

Thanks I'll give it a shot maybe it will help the epg problem. Also channels are still missing after your reboot instructions.

Update: have rescanned sats and reset hub and channels are still down. Now 120 is down 122 up 202 down 205 down 401 down. Some others are up but something is wrong with server.
