Question KBox Prodigy K-Hub issues

I have activated Khub by computer and loaded the Sat box w/ new factory and also v210 bin. i am not ale to get Khub to connect (light turn green) and also it says Khub not connected and then will say checking...please wait. i have wireless bridge running kbox and it works fine as i can hook up laptop and get internet. I have it set to DHCP. I have AU off on Sats. i also have set the network settings to static to see if that would work with no luck and have rebooted everything multiple times.....At a loss any help would be great. Thanks

Try

If you have done all your settings correctly and scaned for channels it can take 10 minutes or more o kick in. I used factory bin 186 beta and then the latest file 201 for the Prodigy. Not sure what model you have and if you need to use the activation tool or not?

Model FTC-09003-******* K-Hub. It has been sitting on for over 2 hours no channels. Light on Khub won't go to green even when i plug directly to my modem. I have activated through PC said Khub ok when done which indicates activation went well. Still at a loss. I have the latest file 201 loaded. And factory 1.76 beta.

Confused

I was able to get a weather update for the first time. I am waiting to see if it will roll. No green light, but no light at all showing on KHub

DanDeltona..have you fixed the serial box?
You need to connect it to the computer and download the program to get it working.

Another piece of mind, I dont know the brand of the router you are using but turn the firewall off and put the static IP that the kbox has in the DMZ and try again..
