Just wanted to say HELP and thanks in advance
Oh no, another newbe. I will get to the point. I have a Captive Works 800s. I want all the DN channels. How do I get them? How do I load the keys with a USB stick? The 800s is just out of the box. Had to order a USB to serial adapter that works on Vista x64 so it will be a couple of days before I can really do anything, from this PC anyway. Any direction will be appreciated. Thanks

well you got your cw 800 at the wrong time you cant get any channels at all on dish or bev right now all the sats have switched to a new security encoder called n3 untill the new hack comes out nobody has t.v. Been like it for months now.Sorry

You didn't get all the right information. Some boxes are up using a system called IKS where the box is connected to the internet to work. There are a few brands using this now. It doesn't have all the channels as it is "card sharing". A sub card info is sent out through a server to make your box work would be the simple way to explain it.
