iLink 210 Only getting free channels now - Free To Air TV Forum, FTA Keys and Downloads, Dish Network, Nagravision 3

Hi all, I have the latest UPS 2.66, net connection works fine. Screen says I'm a valid user. But I'm only getting the free channels and the rest are "scrambled".

I entered the new "8d eb ..." key in EPCS code. I also tried the key my dealer gave me. Emulation is set to off... Can't think of why it's not working. Anyone has a clue?
