you can manually install the key, just follow this instruction.
1. From the Menu+Options+Network+Net Application
2. In Net Application you will see EPCS, select KEY then click on Ok..
3. You will se the temporay key Ilink was using, replace those with your new key.
4. When finished, click OK to save and exit from the Menu.
5. Reboot your Ilink receiver.
6. When your receiver rebooted, you will a notification "Your EPCS Key is valid. user # xxx-xxxxxx." You should write that number and save it with your private key. might need to do it a few tomes and have to wait until it comes in.

please help, I did enter new keys, but it work only few minute, don't know why

keys were entered as instructed, works for a few minutes, says , epcs keys valid and box number is given xx.xxxxxx.
but after a few minutes ..
disconnects
and shows ..

EPCS key duplicated
my receiver brand is i-link purchased from a dealer.

please help.

Try a hard reboot with the switch on the back and let sit for a few minutes let us know if this works

tryed that a few times , now it is connected , but channels are scrambled.

my i-link not working now i it say duplicate key

did any body use the new keys i put up now mine not working

the last time mine did that i did a hard reboot from the back side for afew seconds and then fired it back up. It took afew seconds after that and it came back on,try that let us know if that worked for you.
