BOSNIAN_BOY, glad you are getting together info for the HD users.

My questions would be:

You mention the 129 satellite for the HD. Would that be for the Mid-US and West Coast users and then the 61.5 satellite be for the East Coast HD users?

In choosing a LNB will the circular LNB we use for 110/119 also work for the HD channels on the 61.5 or 129 satellites?

Some people mention pointing to 110 and 119. Are there some HD channels on those satellites?

So a HD user would need to point to the 110, 119 and 129 positions to get the fully channel lineup?

Yes, on the east coast, you would want the 61.5 sat, which is a mirror of the 129 designed for people in the east coast who can't get the 129.
Yes, the regular dp or legacy lnb's that we all use for our 119/110/91/82 will work just fine for any HD.
HD is plentiful on 110 but scarce on 119. If you want HD, go for 110 or bev's 91.
And your last question--for a FULL HD line-up--on the east coast go for 110, 61.5, and 91..I have over a couple of hundred HD channels with this setup including many locals in HD (great for football season)!
On the west coast, use 110, 129, and 91.
I am currently looking at 110/119 with legacy lnb's on dish500, 91/82 with legacy lnb's on a dish500, and 61.5 with a legacy lnb on a dish300..all run with HDMI to a 43" panasonic plasma, fiber optic audio to denon 7.1 surround system, bose speakers and a yamaha powered sub..the difference between bev's 720 and charlie's 1080 is not even noticeable to the average person--both pictures are amazing! oh yeah--i have the VS 9000v2..w/ 500 gig external hard drive..
