Did you notice how many replies you got ? Zilch, most likely because there is no info for us to go by. I feel like getting my chrystal ball today, and give you a couple of pointals. You need to get an LNBF circular, covering both linear and circular freuency ranges, Replace the one you got for 119* Add a TP 11989 V, 20000 and scan. If you got Anik3 in your sats, set it up just like 119* same DisequC setting too. If you don't get a good signal, retweek your dish for that TP. You should get 3 German channels.
