Ive had mine for a year, greatest thing ever. but make sure you go to their web site and do the up date for vista if your using vista.
It can save you a lot of money. If you have internet thru your phone company you may be able to drop your phone service and keep ther internet, that was my bigest savings next to no long distance. i have relatation out of country, i sent them one and we now call internatonal with no charges! Have a GREAT DAY!

Anybody noticed that when you call a landline from the magic jack that the person on the landline hears beeping sounds like the conversation is being recorded but the person using the magicjack doesn't hear it??? I've been on line several times with them on chat and they claim it is an engineering issue. RIGHT!!!! My own personal oopinion is it is another way that Big Briother is watching and listening to us!!!

I have WiFi high speed internet and it is on a computer my friend is using. What I noticed is if two of my TV's using IKS are running and the Magic Jack is being used that my internet connection in any other computer is very very slow. I made him disconnect at night so I could watch TV and use the net. Might have overwhelmed my ISP with four computers, three IKS tvs, and the Magic Jack.

i have had the MJ for over 1 year Everything works good with the exception that some people in my area code cannot get thru while others can. there are only a few that this happens to, when they try to call on their home phone it says it cannot be reached as dailed, but they can use their cell phone without any problems. Overall i enjoy it, well worth the price. and by the way, you can change your number 1 time for free any time after that it will cost $5. enjoy
