Smile sat 119 scramble channel
Is anybody having trouble viewing 119 on Fortec Ultra w/211v3?
I have rescanned 110 and 119 end still showing scramble channel on 119 but 110 works fine

yes I have problems too. In the afternoon was working fine w/211, but now appears "no signal". Then I install 211v3 but still have the same.
