it worked on my box upstairs but not the one downstairs. should i do a master reset/delete everything and then blind scan them again? Please give me any suggestion on how to fix this. Both boxes are the same type.

First what switch you got, and check connections is you got a dp34 switch and right setting try a factory reset, setup and scan Also you can do a blind scan Vertical only will get all channels that are up

i am using dp 34. the bin worked on one of my boxes but not the other. I will try the factory reset and rescan using vertical i will let you you. thanks for all of you help.
