there are more than two exe files i just want to make sure which one should i use tronicbinmodfmu.exe or tronicbinmod gui.exe

Install all program and then use TronicsBinMod_GUI to mod the 2700 bin

i got loader software open with com4 and puff option selected waht do i need just browse and download file (X-87BL_081215_B75_V203_api_femu)?
