Do you have a Radio Shack nearby? Can you solder?
If so, you can make one, No need for the resistors, it works fine without them.
You can also permanently mount the female db25 connector to the back of your receiver, cut a slot for it with a dremel cutoff wheel, then use a spare IDE ribbon cable and cut the connectors, then count over 5 wires and seperate it from the rest of the ribbon, then solder direct to the pins on the reveivers jtag header, then solder to the db 25 connector and your done. You will now have a permanent rear mount jtag connection.
