How to blindly change between pal & ntsc

For CW800
If your screen is rolling and you can't see it.
The procedure for this is;

Reboot your system once; just to make sure you are out of all menues
Then;
Press Menu
3 Times down Key
O.k.
O.K.
5 Times Down key
Right/Left key until it goes to NTSC

Just a tip; Hold your remote so you know the box is seeing it, they can be fussy.
