Cw700sv1.95_2008_10_29
CW700SV1.95_2008_10_29.zip
Dish fixed Warning.. Have you loaded 192 or 193 release yet?? This information is concerning the 1.93 release: Rebuilt Data Base will need to save Channel list as you will loose it on loading. You will need to load this file to use future bin files for DN and Bev. Added Serial Security !!! WARNING !!! Follow instruction carefully when inputting serial number. Do not use Published Serial Numbers as each box has its own and if serial number you input now does not match serial number on SECURITY CHIP your box may not work on future releases. All boxes will work on this release no matter what serial you use but you will not have another chance to change it to correct one later. Do not use serial from another box as in later files it will check to see that you match the correct serial for your unit from SECURITY CHIP on board. Remember just because you can input any serial this time do not think it will work on next release. It will check what you put this time on next release not this release. So follow instructions. -------------- How To Load 1.95 Bin File Installing from file versions 1.89 or before: 1. Save Channel List 2. Do Factory Default 3. Load Bin file Version 1.93 (Follow Release Notes) 4. Enter 9 or 10 Digit Serial Number Located on bottom of receiver 5. Do Factory Default again 6. Load current bin version 1.95 7. Load Saved Channel List or Setup Sats and Rescan 8. Exit out of menu and make sure Patch Enabled F1 000 Installing from 1.93 or greater: 1. Save Channel List if you did not do Factory Default when you loaded 1.93 before 2. Load current file 1.95 and do Factory Default if you get error messages 3. If you had to do Factory Default now Load your Saved Channel List 4. Exit out of menu and make sure Patch Enabled F1 000 Installing from a box already screwed up: 1. Turn box off from rear 2. Press and hold down the power button on the front of the box while turning back ON from the rear and wait till you see the word BOOT on the front display for 4 seconds then let go of power button. 3. Using a 9 PIN SERIAL CABLE (NOT an USB PORT), Load Bin file Version 1.93 and follow all of the Release Notes with that file. 4. Enter 9 or 10 Digit Serial Number Located on bottom of receiver 5. Do Factory Default again 6. Load current bin version 1.95 7. Load Saved Channel List or Setup Sats and Rescan 8. Exit out of menu and make sure Patch Enabled F1 000 If at anytime it asks for a password use master password 9876 if 0000 does not work. Installing from Factory New Box: 1. Turn Box on and go to menu and do Factory Default and reboot box (This is a must) 2. Load Current Release file, on reboot you will see ERROR 020 on display this is ok now Enter 9 or 10 Digit Serial Number Located on bottom of receiver after reboot do another Factory Default and reboot box again now you will not see ERROR 020 anymore on boot up. 3. Load a saved channel list (reboot box after loading list) or setup box from scratch and rescan all 4. Exit out of all menus and ENABLE PATCH F1 000 5. Wait for Keys to roll then watch TV (could take up to 7 minutes to roll) Installing from a box already screwed up: 1. Turn both boxes off from back 2. Connect boxes together with cable that came with box 3. Turn on the good box first and let it boot all the way up 4. Put first box in standby mode 5. Now turn on the bad box and wait for them to sync up 6. When you see a blinking H on the good box take your remote and press 444 this will give it the command to upload all from one box to the other. 7. Wait for it to finish it will take some time. 8. After complete I think the bad box will reboot by itself and the good box will say END. I can't remember but you will know when it is done.
