Reset and do a rescan of 110 / 119 (assumed what you are after are locals plus a few others). Those channels are open to FTA but to answer your question I'm using bin 178.

If you would like to rescan without all the non-working channels..First delete ALL channels then go to Autoscan and just above "Network Search" option change to "FREE" channels and then scan..Do the same for both sats(119/110)...This way it will only scan those channels that are working currently so you don't have to go thru all the channels to see what is/isn't working.

You shouldn't have to do anything. Turn it on, go to a local station / stations plus a few other odd balls and the should be there.
