coolsat support

coolsat 8000 is not working .freezes too often.
Has not worked properly in months. Older coolsat boxes are forgotten
while other brands get fixes within days new or old.
I will say it and I dont care if you ban me as I haven't watched FTA tv in over a month.
COOLSAT support !!!

hey bro,i can sympathize with alot of the peeps that only own cs products, and yes sometimes peeps just have to vent a little ,just know everyone that this site and any site for that matter cant do anything about cs support.only norw. can, and for some reason or another at the moment it is slow to say the least.so lets be civil when we try to vent, even if its just to put a few words down in print........

i just want to say that when cs first announced that they were not going to support the 4000,5000,6000 any more they offered discounted prices on the cs6100 and cs 7100 i was one who fell for the cs6100 and only to be left behind any way thankfully i am also testing a cw700s and am not totally in the dark i am in no way bashing coders i think all you guys are the greatest and thanks for a great job just my two cents and for those cs owners i can tell you that i personally will not buy another cs box and thanks agine

Updates...of hardware, also

Let me say that I love my Coolsat 8000. Great great picture and very decent software...But...really all of us, Coolsat lovers and loyal owners, have been a little "second class" if you compare us with other brands...Certainly there is a good delay to receive "updates" and never has been a daughter card to let us enjoy our boxes with...well you know who...

This is an honest remark. Of course there are other brands..., but I love my Coolsat and this is simply a sort of reminder to the brand that we, owners, are the staple from where they live...until we decide to change, if frustration is too big...

Charlie has always been on the hunt to shut down sites, coders and servers. Not so long ago there was court documents concerning a "coder"..thebroken.. who was taken down and yes he did work with "Coolsats" and several other brand receivers. TheBroken has already had his final judgement. Only he and Charlie know of any agreement but his days of "coding" for FTA receivers are over I would believe.

With N3 and the loss of a good "coder" it would seem Coolsat has not been able to keep up with the evolving World of FTA.

As was mentioned one would have to give them time. If I were a CS owner I would for sure have another receiver for the times that CS is down.
