Question Conaxsat Nano2

What files are needed to setup?
I just took the stb out of the box, what files do I need to install. And how to do it.

I can help someone with problems on the Viewsat Ultra!

Thanks

I would bet they are in the ConaxSat file section and the tutorials are in the guide section to show you how to set it up.

Nobody can help VS right now.

Mr. Smitty, you might want to wait as their server has been down for a week or so.

I have everything connected, but when I click on "system information" it says "unknown" for the dongle version.

Is this due to the server being down, or did I not set something the right way?

No, not because server is down, just check you network cable and connections. If they are right you should get the net info including IP address, etc. Plus, dongle settings should be set to normal. dont mess with internet info (net) in that section. good luk!
