I have picked up a Multi-star Cooltech box. I know nothing about this box. Is it a coosat clone?

I don't know what files to load or which loader to use.

Yes --that is what you should do---Unfortunately it is highly unlikely there will be a fix released for the Coolsat 4000 ever again.
I am sure you have read that Coolsat has discontinued the Coolsat 4000 and there will NOT be any files released for it any time in the future.

Surprisingly enough, there are occasional bins for the cooltec. Don't dispair, this little box is still a good one to have in your collection.
If you look in the files section, I'm sure you'll find the loader and everything you need to make this box well again.
