hi guys,

i just bought an Eaglestar FTA box at a garage sale for 10$, upon going thru the menu, i found an old Fortec bin from christmas 2006 on it.

now, can i assume that this receiver is a FLU clone???

i cant find any info on it....even eaglestar themselves wont answer questions on what type of clone it is.

anyone here know anything about them?

the bin ID is kinda weird...doesnt list the whole file name...it starts with XBL-, then jumps to T-API.bin...

gives a date of December 2006

For 10 buck convert it to 2700, it used the (T) bins and somtime some people use the BL like 294 bin,

just one more question guys,

since it doesnt look like this unit has ever been converted, should I :

1. convert it to a 2700, then do the puff mod???
or
2. just do a puff conversion right off the bat?

id say u can do the ''puff'' conversion it will convert to the ''puff'' instead of ''b 7 5''

cuase when u do the boot 60 to a already converted to 2700 u bringing it back to 2500 than converting to ''puff'
