Does anyone know if the new code for the Pansat 2700A clone is working??? I have called someone and they said it isnt working... can anyone verify???

I have a Quantum 4700a fta box its a clone of the pansant 2700 I flashed it with (Pansat 2700AE-IR) X-87BL_071207_B75_227_api.bin but first i installed Boot_2700A(b75)_(07)0310.bin every thing was going fine but now the box wont start and all I get is a red power lite and nothing more I think I made a $175.00 door stop can any one help
