Coocoo 4000 Pro Woos

Several months ago someone posted that the cooltec 4000 pro ( I assume he also meant COOCOO 4000) have a killer built in. I do not myself believe it but has second doubts since lately ,this last week ,four coocoo in operation since april, simply stopped working, no light, no JTAG response..

The power supply seems OK when tested without load, that is not connected . However once connected to the STB, all voltages drop to zero. This is not normal unless the regulation of the power supply is off or the STB has a short.

If anyone has information on what may be the problem , please let me know .If it is the power supply regulation, I will be able to devise a way to repair the system.
