I didn't mean to cause any headaches...

I just came across this post and was wondering if there was any truth to it as I am tired of seeing my reciever just sitting there collecting dust and maybe wanting to kill some boredom. I don't know much about IKS and thought if it works, it will save me from spending money on a new reciever for IKS.

Well as i said i am not sure about the CW3000/4000HD because i don,t have one but i can tell you that the 600s-800s i do test them and right now they are far way better than my SV360p that i have they work without freeze and they have alot more channels right now than the SV.I am going over to the server and see if i can find any info on the CW3000/4000HD for you.

Well rob1971 i did a little research for you but i am still not sure if the CW3000HD can work but if the 4000HD works i think it will.Take a look at this:

I know this will work with all D*sh and B*v receivers.

It also works with:
1. CaptiveWorks CW-600S/P (appears to work on DN, but not B*V)
2. CaptiveWorks CW-650 Both
3. CaptiveWorks CW-700 (Confirmed for DN only, no reports on B*V)
4. CaptiveWorks CW-800S Both
5. CaptiveWorks CW-HD-4000 (appears to work on DN, but not B*V)

I was told that I need to subscribe to a private server. This is one part where I get stopped in my tracks. I dont know any private servers to use. Maybe someone could PM me and give me a heads up on some good servers, I guess.
