I would like to see if anyone has had a problem with a CW Ulitma... When I power up the unit all I get is a red light on the screen that means there is power but that is it... Please if anyone can help me resolve this I would really appriciate it...

plug null cable into box and load factory file on it and then the latest file and plug it back in and it should work

if your getting a red flashing light on the left top corner,this means its in recording mode
