cw700s freezing any one else or just due to weather?

Did you try doing a hard reboot (power off your stb from rear switch for 30 seconds then turn it back on)
You could also go into your dish settings and see what you are getting for signal & quality if your quality is low and you are having bad weather (rain) chances are its the wether
Let us know how you make out

thank you for youy reply mental i did as you instructed hard re boot & checked signal strength & quality both birds are 97 strength and 88 quality as we did have quite a storm last nite still prety cloudy yet today maybe thats it thanks agine
