I have loaded this file Cw800sv2.25_2009_05_18.zip with USB stick and I am getting "BOOT, and then ERROR 20, and then 0000" on my display, so I couldn't use the remote control to download the new files. Any help??? Thank you in advance.

May seem silly but did you unzip the file first? I also believe you need file 2.29.

do a hard reboot then load pach then load new bin it should work perfect

You need to load the Patch that came out with bin 2.28 and then load 2.29

load patch file from 228 and then load latest file do it with null cable and turn machine off with back switch hold front power button and turn switch on at the back of machine and it will say boot then load load file you will have to download the loader and it will work no problem then the next time usb will work

Tried loading the patch for 2.28, but can't seem to get connection to the box. Only showing me 0000 on display. Any other way to upload a file without a connection.

Is there another way to do a hard reboot??
