Yes..... Enable.... On the remote F1 0000 and look at the TV screen to see enabled....

Yes it has a patch and it is enabled. I have everything working now my problem is the channel listing. I only have prog and a number. I do not have the listing like WRAL or PPV and I have no EPG info. It only shows the same prog and a number and where the EPG is it says no EPG. I want to know how to get the channel listing and EPG info back.

Might try to scan the channels back into the receiver. Do you know about scanning the sat?

Hi did you try sort by sid in the system settings just a thought good luck.

I thought I knew how to scan the channels but now I think I am doing it wrong since I keep getting the same info. I have now done another factory default scaned the channels in auto then put in the factory bin and the lastest bin and still the same prog and number instead of the regular information and no EPG still. Plus now it is showing every channel scrambled
