My feeling is that there is same group of coders that are writing bins for all receivers. I don’t know what agreement they are having with receivers manufacture, but if you see for last few weeks rotation change, who’s bin is first. I don’t think that manufactures could afford to employee individual people for each receiver, that’s why we having different receivers bin at different time. Correct me if I’m wrong…

I guess your theory is as good as any but one would have to be on the inside track to know for sure. They may have a few groups working together is what I think and it's rivalry thing. Who know's maybe they are working on a full emu and taking a bit extra time getting the fix out making sure a section of code is workable. Who'd get the bragging rights then?
