Stuck on Reboot

i have followed the instructions in the tutorials to the letter. after loading the factory bin and and then the lastest third party bin it went back to being stuck on reboot when i turned the toggle switch off and then back on to reboot. any suggestions would be appreciated. The only way to cut it off is with the toggle switch on the back or unplug it. the remote does not seem to affect it.

Give this a try GI Joe >>>

IF YOU DON'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, YOU WILL DESTROY YOUR CAPTAIN

DO NOT TURN OFF THE UNIT UNTIL IT SAYS "BOOT" AGAIN
FLASH USING THE 1.25 VERSION LOADER ONLY
THIS WILL ONLY FIX STUCK ON BOOT NOT FOR OTHER THINGS
IF YOU LOAD THIS ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN CAPTAIN 8000 HD,it WILL DESTROY IT
IF YOU DIDN'T DOWNLOAD FROM HERE, DON'T FLASH IT
AGAIN ONLY FOR "Stuck on BOOT"

RECEIVER MUST BE COLD
allow receiver to cool for no less than 20 minutes, before attempting...
if FLASH IC is hot, it will permanently destroy the unit
instructions
TURN OFF CAPTAIN8000 HD
Open LOADER 1.25
select com port
select boot file >>> attached file below >>> boot_7710_down_128.zip
turn on CAPTAIN8000 HD
WAIT TILL BOOT RETURNS
it can take up to 3 mins
WHEN YOU SEE BOOT on THE screen, hold power button for 10 seconds, unit will reboot with fixed boot sector
Attached Files
File Type: zip boot_7710_down_128.zip (55.6 KB, 2 views)

I cannot get this to work either, all i get now is dashes across panel. cannot get the captain 8000hd to do anything else. the only way to turn it off is the togle switch on the back. any ideas or is it dead.
