Need Help with 8000
Well I need somones help. I no longer have Internet service at my rack location where the 8000HD resides. The access point dropped off the network so I can't use the dongle.
I've prepared a USB with the latest files and am having problems with the 8000 seeing the USB. I've rebooted numberous times and tried both the s/w setting and the manual seeting in the menu. Any suggestions? Other then changing the receiver. |

Here is a couple of methods that have been said to have worked quack, give em a try and let me know if either work for you. c/p 1. Insert the USB into STB light on USB should light up, leave the USB in the STB. 2. Power off the STB from the front, wait a few seconds. 3. Power on the STB from the front when the word BOOT appears on the STB quickly press the Menu button on the STB and release. The USB should work. ps, sometimes you can find anwers to your problem by reading past threads found in the discussion area...let me know if it works. |
