DONGLE Shows red
HI Team,
My dongle is showing solid red light for 3 days now. I tried to email team captain and it bounced back with the bad email address. I like to know if I am alone in my quest or other people are having the same issue and what is the resolution to it. Thanks amminds |

If you are experiencing problems and have a red Light Please try
The following steps before contacting support 1) In network Settings Please choose Settings 2) On the Top line scroll to Static IP Here you will be able to Manually input the settings Enter 0 for all values, now go back to DHCP and click Exit 1 Disable Network Save settings 3) Once Settings have saved unplug your Dongle and unplug your receiver 4) Wait 30 Seconds then plug your dongle back in and wait until light Is orange solid 5) Plug your Captain receiver in and turn it on go into System Settings and Network and enable the network The Receiver will reboot itself at this point after reboot wait 10 Seconds and your light should go green I had the red on and I did this and its working ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
