Hi All,

I am not sure for whome dongle is working as on different form it shows IKS is up and working. It did not work for me for the entire last month and then it start working like 9-5 during weekdays and then go out after rush hours and completely down on weekends. I have send several email to captain support and I am extremely disappointed with them. When this box came in the market they advertised it the only box which have 5 year warranty. What are going to do with the peace of junk if it does not work at all and support is just not their.

I understand your frustrations but the stand alone is working quite well so at least there is still tube to watch. JMO

Testing My wifes patientce

I had Captain 7000 for a while and switched to CW 700. Captain is a very nice receiver when it works. It's more user friendly than my CW700 but the support really disappointed me. It still takes team Captain few days to release a bin when other receiver are up and running within 24hrs.
I finally had to convince myself to spend the extra $100 and switch.
This is just my opinion, if you have extra cash to spare, switch to a more popular STB and save yourself the headache.
