Saving Settings on Sats - Free To Air TV Forum, FTA Keys and Downloads, Dish Network, Nagravision 3

i have a captain 8000hd w/dongle, my problem is i cannot get it to save the sat settings, it will run good for about 5 to 10 minutes (max) and then lose signal, once i go back and reset it will do it all over again. has any one else had this problem. all suggestions will be appreciated

Dongle is down as of now it is not working for anyone.

i've had that same problem, and no one's been able to provide any help.
If anyone outhere knows how to save the anntenna settings, please reply.
