Is there a new bin? My 8k keeps freezing and there are some scrambled channels.

You can simply look in the files section and answer Your own question.
Is the newest file there, newer than the file You currently have loaded?
If not, You have the latest version and will have to await a new release to fix the described issues.

Look, I'm not going to hype on receivers here...
But I only have seen a few step up and fix broken stuff before it's fully broken.

VS, SV, SATOPIA, and a couple of others always release fixes to fix broken issues before another "ECM"!

EV Maggie, Capt., and a few select others wait until another ECM occurs before fixing pre existing issues.
Seems like "lazy coding" to Me, but sales will reflect on My obvious views!
