Have a Captain box and looking to set up the channel scan...

I'm trying to scan in channels for my 8000HD box (which was mothballed for over a month, lol.)

This is my current set-up:
One b3v dish (skewed to get 82 and 91)
Two LNBs
One SW21 at the dish (dish one is 91, dish 2 is 82)
one line in to my STB
no disecq switch is used

I need to know what the settings are needed to get the full channel scans (I know I'll have to add a tp manually at end).
