I have been trying to update my Captain with the lastest loader, but cannot get the file to dowload. When I go to select the file it tells me no file found or invalid file. The dongle is red through out my attempts to load. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.

It will tell you this if your trying to load an older file. You also can run into problems with some virual drive software when you copy the file to a USB stick.

Are you trying to get your Captain going on the dongle or are you trying to update the dongle?
