Receiver Problem

My receiver (Ariza 700) seems dead. Suddenly, I lost reception. The antenna setup/installation screen has two percentage bars "Level" and "Quality" The quality is 0% and level is 30%. The antenna is quite stable and does appear to have shifted. So I am thinking the problem is somewhere else and not the antenna having moved.

What is the proper reading of "Level" is 30% normal?

Thanks For any help.

30% is very low you will not get any picture to come in with that low level.if your certain your dish hasn't moved and have a switch between your dish and ariza unhook the switch and hook directly to the dish, if quality jumps up and works fine without switch get a new switch and should solve your problem.
