Hi, I'm trying to program an ariza 700 and it won't fully download. There are green lights flashing on the front from left to right and they start to slow down and then stop. This is when the downloading stops. The furthest I've gotten is 30 %.

Still can't get the receiver to flash. I am new to this type of receiver and don't know much about it. It goes so far and stops. After awhile FLASH FAILED comes up. Any ideas?
