March 11th Toolbar Update

We have Updated The Links Button yesterday
added lots more Very Useful Links in and around
the forum .. check it out ..let us know what you think ..

Took out the Toolbar Chat ..AS know one was really using it
and we have the on site chat box up and running again anyway ..
