I found this site yesterday. They have all the good channels. You need to download their plugin and use Internet Explorer. I did not have much luck with Firefox. You may want to set the Security to "Medium" since the plugin requires that (I think).

They also have a receiver. I sent them an email and they told me the receiver is $200 with no monthly fee. But, you can also watch online for free.

The quality is very good on MBC, Aljazeera, Dubai, Abu Dhabi... They have some channels not available in the US.
