jrry-grz I have a veiwsat ultra and I use a usb to load and would think it would be the same. All you have to do is put the new file onto your usb from computer then turn your unit off from the switch on the back of your unit insert usb, make sure your tv is on, go to menue, systems upgrade, usb then press ok. It should load, after loading turn unit off from the back again before removing usb. As for the file I see only one in the file section 080909. Hope this helps.
