Hi , could you help "MY Captain8000HD always fail scan with 1 touch setup?does not find the switch properly,i dont know its the switch type or what also i am unable to use "USB to program it" I always use serial cable and setp setallite manualy then auto scan(lot of work every time).
I was wondering if you can send me a run down step by step procedure so i could varify what i am doing wrong?

Setting up the Captain 8000HD fta receiver is the easiest one i have ever
tested ..

Once i loaded the new file ..and set language then time .. the captain 8000HD
fta receiver did the rest ..i just sat BACK and it found all ports on diseqc
switch and scanned all sat's on its own .DN 110/119 - BEV 91/82 ..
Then rolled bev in 3 mins... rolled dn in about 35 sec ...
HD picture is the best .... EPG works great..
SCANNED channels good ( AVERAGE )
